"How To" Writing

This is some of the first work we've done with "How To" writing, a new type of writing we're learning about this quarter. To start, we're writing books as a group, and then printing them on the computer! We're working hard to make clear illustrations that match each step. Next week, the boys and girls will be dictating their own stories to me, and I'll type them on the computer! After that, we'll practice writing our own words. That's the trickiest part of all, but we can do it!
